About the Role

NASMAK Technologies pvt Ltd helps organisations innovate, automate and scale faster through AI-driven design, digital transformation and smart technology solutions. Design is part of that work, and this role owns the graphic design behind it.

As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will take briefs from first concept to final, production-ready artwork. You will set the visual standard for the work you produce, carry layouts and visual identities from concept to finished file, and keep every asset consistent and on brand.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Sydney, New South Wales. It suits a designer with 4 or more years of experience, a strong command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and some working experience with Adobe InDesign.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original graphics, layouts and illustrations in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop that meet each brief's goals and deadlines.
• Translate briefs into clear visual concepts, presenting options that make the intended message easy to understand at a glance.
• Develop and apply visual identity elements so every asset reflects the NASMAK Technologies brand.
• Produce artwork for digital channels, including web, social media and presentation formats, sized and exported correctly for each use.
• Prepare print-ready files with correct colour profiles, bleeds and resolution, using Adobe InDesign where needed, so they go to print without reprint errors.
• Retouch, composite and colour-correct images in Photoshop to a consistent, professional finish.
• Build and maintain templates and asset libraries so recurring design requests are delivered faster and stay consistent.
• Review design work against brand and quality standards and give clear feedback, so it is approved quickly.
• Revise work promptly from feedback, keeping version control tidy and final files easy to find.
• Manage several projects at once, setting realistic timelines and delivering finished files on schedule.

What Success Looks Like

• Within 30 days, you deliver at least 3 complete design projects that are approved with no more than two rounds of revisions (suggested).
• Every week, you deliver 100% of scheduled design assets by the agreed deadline (suggested).
• Within 60 days, you produce a set of at least 5 reusable brand templates that cut turnaround on recurring requests (suggested).
• Within 90 days, at least 90% of your print and digital files pass final checks without technical corrections (suggested).

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Some working experience with Adobe InDesign.
• A portfolio showing strong typography, layout, colour and composition across both digital and print work.
• Experience preparing production-ready files for print and for digital channels.
• Ability to manage several projects at once and meet deadlines without losing quality.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency, and the ability to work on site in Sydney, New South Wales.
• Tools you will use: Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; a UI and prototyping design tool; a project or task tracking tool.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for technology, automation or digital transformation subject matter.
• Motion graphics or basic video editing skills.
• Experience designing user interfaces, web pages or digital product screens.
• Experience using AI-assisted design tools in a professional workflow.
• Experience building or maintaining brand guidelines.

What We Offer

• Base salary of AUD 4,000 - 5,000 per month.
