Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality and compassionate nursing care and monitor patient health.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Conduct patient assessments and document care processes diligently.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and provide ongoing guidance and support.
- Maintain and update patient records with strict attention to confidentiality and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Current and valid registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
- Demonstrated senior-level experience in a similar role within the healthcare sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, dynamic environment.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
