Privacy Policy

How Risenoow works with the hiring teams that use it and the people who apply through it, written to be read.

This policy explains how Risenoow handles personal information for the hiring teams that use our platform and the candidates who apply through it.

Information we handle

  • Workspace users: name, email, password (stored hashed), workspace and billing details.
  • Candidates: name, contact details, profile/LinkedIn URL, CV/resume, application answers and, where a voice interview is used, an audio recording and transcript.
  • Technical: basic log and device information used to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

  • To provide the screening service: collect responses, run AI analysis and share structured reports with the employer running the role.
  • To operate accounts, billing, notifications and support.
  • To secure the Service and prevent abuse.

AI processing

Candidate responses are processed by AI models to produce summaries and scores. These are decision-support tools; a human hiring team makes all decisions. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

  • Candidate information is shared with the employer running the relevant role.
  • We use trusted service providers (for example hosting, email delivery, AI and voice processing) who handle data on our behalf under appropriate obligations.
  • We may disclose information where required by law.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it, unless a longer period is required by law.

Security

We use technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and hashed credentials, to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure.

Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your information. Candidates should contact the employer running the role; you can also reach us through the contact details on the website.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the current version here.
