1. Agreement

By creating a workspace on Risenoow ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

2. The Service

Risenoow provides AI-assisted candidate screening - including voice and written interviews, adaptive follow-up questions, and automated scoring and reporting - to help hiring teams review candidates. Outputs are decision-support only; you remain responsible for all hiring decisions and for complying with employment, anti-discrimination and privacy laws that apply to you.

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your workspace and for the conduct of users you invite.
• Plans, quotas and pricing are shown at sign-up and in your billing settings and may change with notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: uploading unlawful or infringing content; screening for unlawful or discriminatory purposes; attempting to breach security or access other workspaces' data; or reselling the Service without permission.

5. Candidate Data

You control the roles and questions in your workspace and act as the controller of the candidate personal information you collect through it. You must have a lawful basis to collect and process that information and must provide candidates with appropriate notice. Risenoow processes that data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Usage beyond your plan's included quota may incur overage charges at the rates shown in your plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, suspend or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Risenoow is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination we may delete your workspace data after a reasonable retention period.
