Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep analysis of market trends to identify and act on opportunities for product growth and development.
• Collaborate across teams to build and refine AI-driven product strategies and roadmaps.
• Design and implement customer research initiatives, including interviews and usability testing, to uncover insights and unmet needs.
• Develop and execute A/B tests and analytics-driven experiments to improve product performance and user experience.
• Lead the integration of AI technologies into products, leveraging these tools to enhance processes and strategy.
• Work closely with engineering to oversee product development from concept through to delivery.
• Engage with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to promote adoption of new solutions and gather valuable feedback.
• Monitor and report on growth metrics, providing key insights to leadership to inform future strategies.
• Create educational materials and product updates to enhance customer understanding and engagement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management, focusing on growth and innovation, particularly in the tech or SaaS industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar analytics software.
• Demonstrated ability in qualitative research methodologies and synthesizing insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience in UX design with the ability to create, prototype, and assess product experiences.
• Proven experience in integrating AI into product development processes.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of growth metrics and an ability to link them to strategic outcomes.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of translating complex data and ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
• Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving remote-first work environment.
