NASMAK Technologies Pty Ltd, a leader in AI-driven innovation and digital transformation, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Shanghai team. This senior role will play a pivotal part in driving our growth strategy across the Asia-Pacific market. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, fostering strong client relations, and crafting strategies to meet our ambitious revenue objectives.
In this hybrid position, you will blend remote work with in-person collaboration in our Shanghai office. You'll partner with cross-functional teams, leverage our cutting-edge intelligent AI transformation solutions, and help clients achieve unparalleled success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to increase NASMAK Technologies' market share.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Analyze industry trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members in business development initiatives.
- Report on sales metrics and forecast revenue growth to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a senior business development professional in a tech-focused or AI-driven company.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing growth strategies in the Asia-Pacific market.
- Strong understanding of AI transformation technologies and digital solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, both independently and collaboratively.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience working within the tech, AI, or digital transformation sectors in China.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and/or other Asia-Pacific languages.
- Advanced degree such as an MBA or a Master's in Marketing or Technology.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in smart technology and digital transformation.
