How do I ask about a job I applied for?
Start in your portal, which shows the stage of every application and one plain sentence saying what that stage means. The employer running the role holds your application and makes the decision, so a question about the role itself belongs with them.
How do I delete my Risenoow account and my data?
From your own account. The career profile can be exported as a file and deleted outright, and deleting a person removes their account and everything on the candidate side. Write to us through this form if you cannot reach the account.
How do I stop job alert emails?
One click on the link in any alert email. There is no sign in and no confirmation step, and the page that opens says exactly which alert was switched off.
I did not receive an email from Risenoow. What should I do?
Check the address you applied with, including the spam folder, then write to us through this form. Every message the platform sends is logged, so a missing email can be traced rather than guessed at.
Can I send my CV through this form?

How quickly will somebody reply?
We do not publish a response time we have not measured. The reply comes to the address on the form, and if the message cannot be sent at all the page says so and gives you an address to write to directly.
