The Risenoow contact form reaches the people who build and run the platform. It is the right place for a question about the product, about pricing and plans, about a partnership or from the press. It is the slowest place to ask about one particular job application, and there is a faster route for that further down this page.

What to send, and what happens after

A quick check that you are a person. One tick. It is spent once and remembered, so you are not asked again a minute later. Five messages an hour from one connection, which is what stops the form being used as a mailing list.

1The page tells you it went. A confirmation appears on this page, not a blank screen you have to guess at.

4If it cannot send, you are told so. The page says the message did not go and gives you an address to write to directly, rather than pretending it worked.

How do I ask about a job I applied for?Start in your portal, which shows the stage of every application and one plain sentence saying what that stage means. The employer running the role holds your application and makes the decision, so a question about the role itself belongs with them.
How do I delete my Risenoow account and my data?From your own account. The career profile can be exported as a file and deleted outright, and deleting a person removes their account and everything on the candidate side. Write to us through this form if you cannot reach the account.
How do I stop job alert emails?One click on the link in any alert email. There is no sign in and no confirmation step, and the page that opens says exactly which alert was switched off and that nothing else changed.
I did not receive an email from Risenoow. What should I do?Check the address you applied with, including the spam folder, then write to us through this form. Every message the platform sends is logged, including the ones that were refused, so a missing email can be traced rather than guessed at.
Can I send my CV through this form?It will not be read against any role. To be interviewed, apply to a role on the job board. To have your CV read against a real job description for free, use the CV check.
How quickly will somebody reply?We do not publish a response time we have not measured. The reply comes to the address on the form, and if the message cannot be sent at all the page says so and gives you an address to write to directly.
