Pricing for hiring teams

Pay for the interviews you run, not for a seat you forgot you had.

Risenoow pricing for hiring teams is set by how many interviews a workspace runs each month, with seats and open roles as the other two dials. Every plan starts on a fourteen day free trial with no card, and every plan includes the full report.

What decides your price
1Interviews a month. One is counted when a spoken screening actually starts, never when somebody opens the page.
2Seats. The people in your workspace, counting invitations still outstanding.
3Open roles. Roles taking applications at the same time. Closing one frees the slot.
Your allowance runs from your renewal date, not from the first of the month, and the billing page says how many of each you have left.

Four plans for hiring teams. Every one includes the whole report.

Names, prices and allowances come from the plans table. Bigger plans buy volume, seats and roles, never a better report.

Names, prices and allowances come from the plans table and render live. Each card says upgrade, downgrade or switch depending on the plan you are on now, and a smaller plan warns you before you move by naming exactly what you are already past on it.

What every employer plan includes

Every applicant interviewed. A live spoken conversation and the written questions, on every role.
The full scored report. Five dimensions with the candidate's own words under each one, and a link to the moment they were said.
Claims checked against the paperwork. Supported, unclear or contradicted, against the CV and the written answers.
Seven interview languages. English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Hindi, with the report written in the language of the role.
Requirement checks before the interview. Nobody sits through a conversation a rule has already decided.
The candidate portal. Every applicant sees their stage in plain words, and a decline names the requirement you set.
Fairness written in code. Unfair questions stripped from an interview script on save. Accent, grammar and mood never scored.
Your workspace, your voice. The interviewer's voice per workspace, a tone per role, the written and spoken language chosen separately.
Email support. On every plan, with priority support from Growth and a dedicated contact on Scale.

How an extra interview is charged

Past your monthly allowance, each interview is charged at your plan's own per interview price. It is printed on every plan card before you choose it, so nothing about a busy month is a surprise.

$2.50 on Starter, $2.00 on Growth, $1.50 on Scale. The bigger the plan, the cheaper the extra one.
Twenty percent of headroom before a hard stop. A busy fortnight never cuts your hiring off mid month.
Counted at the start, once. An interview counts when it begins. A candidate who opens the page and leaves costs nothing.
Unlimited means unlimited. Where a plan says unlimited seats or roles, one shared definition is used by the pricing page, the billing page and enforcement, so they cannot disagree.
Every allowance says what is left. Interviews, seats and roles each carry a bar and a line saying how many remain or that the limit is reached.

What the fourteen day free trial includes

The trial is the product, not a tour of it. Ten AI interviews, one seat and one open role, for fourteen days, with no card. Real candidates apply, real interviews run, real reports arrive in your inbox.

No card asked for First role live in minutes Interviews included

Interviews stop on the trial end date, and your workspace, your roles and every report you have already received stay where they are. Move onto a paid plan whenever you are ready, or do not.

Questions people ask about billing

Frequently asked questions about Risenoow pricing and billing.

Do I need a credit card to start? No. The fourteen day free trial asks for no card at all. You give card details only when you choose a paid plan, and the checkout runs on a hosted billing page.
Can I cancel at any time?Yes. Move up a plan, move down or cancel from your billing page, through the same hosted portal that holds your cards and your invoices. Coming back from that page says either that the subscription is active or that nothing was changed and nothing was charged.
What counts as one interview? One interview is counted the moment a spoken screening actually starts, and only once. A candidate who opens the page and leaves costs nothing, and a written application with no spoken interview does not spend an interview.
What happens if I go over my monthly interviews? Each extra interview is charged at your plan's own price, $2.50 on Starter, $2.00 on Growth and $1.50 on Scale. There is twenty percent of headroom above the allowance before a hard stop, so a busy fortnight never cuts you off mid month.
How are seats counted?A seat is a person in your workspace, and an invitation still outstanding counts as one. At the seat limit both a new invitation and re-enabling a disabled teammate are refused, with the number of seats named and a link straight to billing.
What happens when the free trial ends?Interviews stop on the trial end date. Your workspace, your roles, your candidates and every report already produced stay exactly where they are, and choosing a plan starts them again.
