What Risenoow is, in three sentences.

Risenoow is a hiring platform built by NASMAK Technologies in Australia and available worldwide, where every job application is followed by a live spoken interview and every score a hiring team reads carries the candidate's own quoted words with a link to the moment they were said.

For job seekers it gives a free CV review against a real job description, a rewritten CV built only from what the candidate said, a career profile, job alerts, and a portal that states the stage of every application in plain words with a decline that names the requirement.

For hiring teams it builds a role from one brief, interviews every applicant in seven languages, checks each claim against the CV and the written answers, refuses to score an application with nothing in it, books and runs a recorded second stage interview, and keeps the pipeline.

Who builds it

NASMAK Technologies, in Australia.

Risenoow is the hiring platform of NASMAK Technologies, a software company based in Australia. The platform is used worldwide and interviews are held in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Hindi, each with an interviewer voice that belongs to that language.

The product is built and run by the same team that answers the contact form, which is why the wording rules on this site are enforced in the code rather than kept in a document. If a rule on this page is not something the software actually does, it does not belong here.

Two empty slots are better than two invented numbers. Everything else on this site follows the same rule: a figure we have not measured is a bracket, not a claim.

Our principles, as rules in the code

A principle nobody can point at in the product is a slogan.

These are the fairness rules the software enforces on every role and every application. They are not a policy somebody can decide to skip in a busy week, and each one is visible on the pages linked from this site.

Unfair questions are removed before anybody hears them.Age, marriage, nationality, where somebody lives, right to work and gender are stripped from an interview script on save, with the category named to the person who wrote it.
Accent, grammar and mood are never scored.Reasoning and engagement are scored instead, and communication is judged on substance rather than on delivery.
Every score carries the words behind it.Five dimensions, each with the candidate's own quoted sentence underneath and a click that opens the conversation at that moment.
Nothing is invented, anywhere. Not a pay figure into an advert, not a word into a title somebody typed, not an achievement into a rewritten CV, and not a metric onto this page.
An application with nothing to judge gets no number. The report says it is not scored, states how little there was, and warns the reader not to read it as a measure of the person.
Advice must be something you can act on today.A gap analysis can never tell somebody to acquire citizenship, to relocate, or to go back and get more years they have not lived.
A decline names the requirement. In the same words recorded on the application, with the cooling period after which the same role can be applied for again.
The promised deletion day is kept. The number of days on the consent line is stored with the agreement, so a later change to a workspace setting cannot move the day a recording is deleted.
Decisions are frozen as they stood. What a role required and what a candidate had sent are recorded on the day, so an edit tomorrow never rewrites a decision about a real person.
Two audiences, one record

The same evidence, read from both sides.

Most platforms in this category serve one audience and treat the other as inventory. Risenoow is built so that what the candidate reads and what the employer reads are made of the same material.

Questions people ask first

Frequently asked questions about Risenoow as a company.

Who owns and builds Risenoow?Risenoow is built and operated by NASMAK Technologies, a software company in Australia.
Where is Risenoow available?Worldwide. Interviews run in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Hindi, and the report is written in the language of the role.
Does the AI or a person make the hiring decision? The employer does. Risenoow writes the case and attaches the evidence, and the interview page tells the candidate before they start that real people read it and nothing is decided by the recording alone.
Is Risenoow free to try?Yes on both sides. Hiring teams get fourteen days with no card, ten interviews, one seat and one role. Job seekers get one CV review per role, two CV templates, a career profile, job alerts and the portal for nothing.
Why are there no customer numbers on this page?Because none of them has been measured and dated yet. Every figure on this site is either a real product limit or a bracketed placeholder, and each placeholder is filled the day the number is real.
