Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote IT support and assistance to the operations team.
• Manage and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in the implementation and management of AI-driven project tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution.
• Maintain documentation and track project progress.
• Manage communications between internal teams and external partners.
• Conduct research to stay updated with the latest IT trends and best practices.
• Support in the organization and scheduling of virtual meetings and workshops.
• Perform data analysis and report findings to support decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an IT support specialist or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven tools and digital transformation concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in managing virtual communication platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
