Guide for job seekers

Risenoow is the platform many employers use to hear from every applicant. This guide walks you through finding a role on the Risenoow job board, applying with written answers and a short spoken interview, and what happens after you press Submit.

Where: The Risenoow job board and the application link for each role

Who it is for: Anyone applying for a role hosted on Risenoow. No account is needed to apply.

Time needed: Most applications take under half an hour

The Start your application form on Risenoow, with fields for full name, email address and resume, a consent checkbox and the Start application button
Every application starts with your name, your email address and your CV.

Your application, step by step

  1. Find a role. Search the job board by role, skill, company or place, then narrow the list with filters.
  2. Start your application. Enter your name and email, add your CV, agree to the terms and pass a quick security check.
  3. Answer the requirement questions. Some roles ask a few short questions first, such as your right to work or when you could start.
  4. Take the voice interview. If the role has one, check your sound, then talk with the AI interviewer in your own words.
  5. Answer the written questions. Short answers, longer answers, choices and ratings, one card at a time.
  6. Answer the follow up questions. Two to four questions written from what you have already shared.
  7. Submit and hear back. You get an email confirming your application, and you can follow it in your candidate portal.
  8. Second stage, if invited. A shortlisted candidate may be invited to a technical interview, held on camera at a time that suits them.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to apply for a job on Risenoow?

No. You apply with your name, email address and CV. If that email address has no Risenoow account yet, one is created when you submit and you are emailed a link to set a password, so you can follow your application.

How long does a Risenoow application take?

The start screen shows an estimate for the role, and most applications take under half an hour. Roles with a voice interview take a little longer than written only roles.

Does the AI decide whether I get the job?

No. The AI runs the interview and organises your answers. The hiring team reads your application and makes the decision.
