Plan usage

Every Risenoow plan sets three allowances: AI interviews each month, Team seats, and Open roles. The Billing page and the plan card in the left menu show how much of each your workspace is using, so you can see a limit coming before it stops anything.

Where: Your plan card on the Billing page, and the plan card at the bottom of the left menu

Who can use it: Workspace admins only

Time needed: Under a minute

The Your plan card on the Risenoow Billing page with three meters: AI interviews 214 used, unlimited; Team seats 3 used, unlimited; Open roles 10 used, unlimited; and a colour key for under 80 percent, 80 percent or more, and at or over the limit
Three meters, one for each allowance. The example workspace has no limits, so each reads "used, unlimited".

The three allowances

Meter How it is counted Resets?
AI interviews (this month) Counted each time a candidate completes a voice interview. A technical interview counts as three, because it runs much longer and with video. Yes, every month
Team seats (in use) Everyone in your workspace who can sign in, plus invitations you have sent that are not yet accepted. Disabled members do not count. No, it is a live count
Open roles (live now) Job openings currently taking applications. Closing one frees its place. No, it is a live count

Interviews are metered: "8 of 10" means 8 this month. Seats and roles are standing counts: "2 of 2" means today.

When the interview count resets

The Your plan card says "Interview usage resets" followed by the date. With a paid subscription, your month runs from your subscription date, not the first of the calendar month. Without one, for example on the trial, it follows the calendar month.

Reading the colours

Colour Meaning
Green Under 80% of the allowance
Amber 80% or more. The meter adds how many are left
Red At or over the limit. The meter says "You are at your limit."

A meter that reads used, unlimited has no cap on your plan. A meter marked Custom allowance set for your workspace. has an allowance Risenoow set for you by hand, which is the number you are measured against.

The plan card in the left menu

Admins also see a small card at the bottom of the left menu. It names your plan and shows "N of M AI interviews used", when it resets, how many are left, and an Upgrade link to Billing. On a plan without an interview limit, it reads "N AI interviews used this month. Unlimited on your plan."

What happens at a limit

  • AI interviews

Interviews past your allowance still run, and are billed at your plan's extra interview rate at the end of the period. There is a ceiling of 20 percent above your allowance. Past it, new AI interviews cannot start until your month resets or you move to a larger plan.

  • Team seats

Send invite turns off and the Team page says every seat is in use. Revoke a pending invitation, disable a member, or move to a larger plan. An invitation sent earlier cannot be accepted until a seat is free.

  • Open roles

You see "You've reached your plan limit of N open roles." Close a role you no longer hire for, or move to a larger plan, before another goes live.

Good to know

Check the AI interviews this period chart on the Billing page. Its dashed line shows where the current pace leads, so you can move up before a busy hiring round rather than during it.

Trials and paused workspaces

AI interviews run only while the workspace is active or on a trial that has not ended. When a trial ends, a payment fails, or a plan is cancelled, new voice interviews do not start until billing is sorted out on the Billing page.

Frequently asked questions

Does an unfinished interview count toward my allowance?

An interview is counted when the candidate completes it. A candidate who never starts the voice interview uses nothing.

Why does a technical interview count as three?

It runs for about 25 minutes with video, against a few minutes for a screening interview, so it costs more to run. Counting it as three keeps it inside your normal allowance with no separate charge.

Do pending invitations really use a seat?

Yes. Each invitation holds a seat until it is accepted, revoked or expires after 7 days.

Does a closed role still count as an open role?

No. Only roles taking applications count. Closing a role frees its place at once.
