Questions

Every Risenoow role asks applicants written screening questions, and most also run a voice interview and, later, a technical interview. This section explains how the questions work in depth: the answer types candidates see, requirements on answers, images, ordering, spreadsheets and rewriting a set with AI.

Where: Job openings, Edit on a role, then the Questions tab

Who can use it: Administrators and recruiters (recruiters on their own roles)

Time needed: Varies by task

Frequently asked questions

Which questions do candidates answer first?

Questions that carry a requirement are asked first, before the voice interview. The rest of the written questions come after it.

Can I reuse questions from another role?

Yes. Export the questions from one role as a CSV and import the file into another, or duplicate the whole role from Job openings.

Who writes the questions?

The AI writes a first set when you post a role. You can edit any question, add your own, or ask for a fresh set while nobody has applied.
