Post a role

Post a role is the Risenoow wizard that turns a few facts about a job into a complete, ready to publish role: a job description, written screening questions, an AI voice interview and a technical interview. You review and edit everything before any candidate sees it.

Where: Post a role button at the top of every screen, or Job openings in the left menu

Who can use it: Workspace admins and recruiters

Time needed: A few minutes, plus a short wait while the AI writes

The Risenoow Post a role wizard on step 1, Role facts, with the seven steps shown as tabs across the top and the Save as draft button on the right
The seven steps run across the top of every screen of the wizard.

The seven steps

  • 1. Role facts

Title, location, employment type, work rights and pay. These drive the job board and everything the AI writes.

    Role facts

  • 2. Job description

Five ways to bring the description, plus the company, languages and the voice interview switch.

    Save as draft

How the step bar works

The bar across the top shows where you are. The current step is highlighted.

  • Before the questions are generated, steps you have finished show a tick and you can select them to go back. Steps ahead of you are greyed out until you reach them.
  • After you select Generate questions on step 4, the role exists. Every step in the bar then opens the matching page of the saved role, so you can go back to the facts or the description at any time.
  • If you turn the voice interview off on step 2, the Voice interview step disappears and Technical interview becomes step 6.
  • Save as draft sits at the right of the bar on every step.

Good to know

Nothing is public until you publish. The finished role is saved unpublished, so you can check every screen first.
